Direktorat Jenderal Badan Peradilan Agama telah menetapkan 8 (Delapan) program prioritas Tahun 2022.
(Elektronik Sarana Pelayanan Cepat Terintegrasi Pengadilan Agama Tembilahan) merupakan Inovasi berbasis Aplikasi merupakan salah satu bentuk peningkatan layanan publik dalam rangka mendukung pembangunan Zona Integritas di Pengadilan Agama Tembilahan.
Sistem Informasi Penelusuran Perkara (SIPP) merupakan Portal Pelayanan Informasi Perkara bagi Masyarakat Pencari Keadilan yang dapat diakses kapan saja dan dimana saja.
Pencari keadilan dapat mendapatkan salinan putusan dengan cepat dan mudah dengan mengakses Direktori Putusan Mahkamah Agung RI satuan kerja Pengadilan Agama Tembilahan.
Aplikasi yang disediakan oleh Badan Pengawasan Mahkamah Agung RI, untuk melaporkan suatu perbuatan berindikasi pelanggaran yang terjadi di lingkungan Pengadilan.
Penerimaan layanan pembebasan biaya perkara di Pengadilan Agama Tembilahan dengan menerapkan aplikasi berbasis web untuk memudah Petugas untuk menginput permohonan para pihak untuk berperkara secara prodeo.
Sistem Tata Persuratan (SINTAPER) Pengadilan Agama Tembilahan bertujuan untuk mengarsipkan surat masuk dan keluar.

Syarat dan tata cara pengaduan mengacu pada Lampiran Keputusan Ketua Mahkamah Agung RI No. 076/KMA/SK/VI/2009 tanggal 4 Juni 2009 tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Penanganan Pengaduan di Lingkungan Lembaga Peradilan.
Mahkamah Agung RI pada tanggal 9 Januari 2014 telah menerbitkan Peraturan Mahkamah Agung Republik Indonesia Nomor 1 Tahun 2014 tentang Pedoman Pemberian Layanan Hukum Bagi Masyarakat Tidak Mampu di Pengadilan.
